Summit Blue Consulting was engaged by Ameren Illinois to perform independent third-party impact evaluation of the Power Smart Pricing (PSP) program for 2008, 2009 and 2010. This report presents results from the first year impact evaluation. Elevate Energy prepared the 2008 Power Smart Pricing Operational Report.
