Why did our customers join Power Smart Pricing?

To save money. I have solar panels on my roof. I can use solar-provided electricity when utility rates are high, and use electricity from the grid when rates are low. I want to avoid using electricity from coal-fired power plants as much as possible. Doing so is harmful to the environment, and is not sustainable. I want to do my part to protect the planet, and to conserve natural resources for future generations.

We have shifted our electricity usage by becoming more aware of when to use appliances with high energy usage, and use them when cost of energy is less, and with daily reports on hourly cost of energy, it is easy to follow.
