2009 Power Smart Pricing Annual Report
This report is a result of the continuing work of a Summit Blue Consulting, now a part of Navigant Consulting, to evaluate the Power Smart Pricing program as a third party. CNT Energy prepared the 2009 Power Smart Pricing Operational Report which can be found in Appendix A. Readers who are not familiar with the Power Smart Pricing program may find it helpful to review Appendix A before reading this evaluation report.

2008 Power Smart Pricing Annual Report
Summit Blue Consulting was engaged by the Ameren Illinois Utilities to perform independent third-party impact evaluation of the Power Smart Pricing (PSP) program for 2008, 2009 and 2010. This report presents results from the first year impact evaluation. CNT Energy prepared the 2008 Power Smart Pricing Operational Report. Their complete report is included as Appendix A in this document.
